I'm nervous to share things about myself. What if I cry or say something embarrassing?
We understand that coming to therapy requires a willingness to be vulnerable to another human and we are here to make you comfortable sharing your experiences, worries, and needs. We are here to make this as easy as possible for you and will support you every step of the way. Zero judgement.
